Nervous System Regulation and Trauma Integration

So often we find ourselves living in overwhelm and disconnection from ourselves and others, yet we need help finding the path back to wholeness. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples find the unique support they need to feel more regulated and present in their daily lives. When we look at lifestyle, the story each person has lived, and their unique physiology, it becomes possible to stop avoiding the trauma and heartbreak we carry and move toward integration of all the parts of ourselves.  My approach is designed to create a warm, empathetic environment for healing so my clients can live into the design and purpose they were created for. 

Somatic Experiencing

Jessi Eckert is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (advanced level), counselor, and coach. Having worn many hats in life, she draws on her own healing journey and life experience in her work with clients. Jessi's warm, empathetic approach enables her to meet clients right where they are, with full integration and restoration as the goal. 

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on how trauma and stress are stored in the body. Instead of only talking about experiences, it helps individuals notice physical sensations like tension, breathing, and movement. By slowly bringing awareness to these sensations, people can release stored stress and help the nervous system return to a more balanced state. This process can support healing by helping individuals feel calmer, safer, and more connected to their bodies.
